Delete Your Personal Data

Under applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and other US state privacy laws), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by NOQEN (a DBA of CLAYDEX Consulting Partners LLC).


If You Have a NOQEN Account

If you are a registered user, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings:

  1. Log in to your NOQEN account at noqen.com
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Danger Zone
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. A verification email will be sent to confirm your request
  5. Click the confirmation link in the email to complete the deletion

This will permanently delete:

  • Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Your organization data and all service applications
  • Uploaded documents (passport copies, tax forms, etc.)
  • Message history and support conversations
  • Payment records (Stripe retains its own records per their retention policy)

If You Do Not Have an Account

If you do not have a NOQEN account but believe we hold your personal data (for example, if someone submitted your information as part of a service application), you can request deletion by contacting us directly.

Email your request to: contact@noqen.com

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your data
  • A description of the data you want deleted
  • Proof of identity (to verify you are the data subject)

What Happens After Your Request

  • We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours
  • We will verify your identity before processing the request
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification
  • Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax records, legal obligations)
  • We will notify you once the deletion is complete

Data We Cannot Delete

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request, as required by law:

  • Financial records required for tax and accounting purposes (retained for up to 7 years as required by US federal law)
  • Legal compliance records required by government agencies
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you

Authorized Agents

If you are submitting a deletion request on behalf of another person, you must provide:

  • Written authorization signed by the data subject
  • Proof of identity for both the agent and the data subject
